These inpiduals are responsible for communicating the aims of the company and understanding how to direct employees to act and work to meet the goals, no matter if the business being managed is large or small. 

The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Specialization in Management program at Florida Tech University is meant for those people who want to be a leader, either out of desire for personal recognition or desire for career growth. The program is based off a liberal arts background designed to specialize in management education and training.  The degree path is available entirely online, allowing students to earn an education without giving up their current career or their personal lives. 

Managers will learn how to bring change to an organization using contemporary behavior modification and classical organization theories and improve quality and productivity through cost-reduction and improvement of efficiency. These students will learn and develop their problem solving and critical thinking abilities and learn to find cost-effective solutions to these problems, and develop management skills, including planning, strategy, organization, staffing and leadership. 

Those interested in enrolling in the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Specialization in Management program should expect to learn about decision-making processes and how to implement them in a business setting and gain practical experience in various strategies when communicating in organizational situations.
