Program Details

Florida Institute of Technology offers an online-only Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology with a Concentration in Organizational Psychology program to supply the workplace with educated and trained organizational psychologists who normally may not have attended a traditional classroom setting. The program builds off of a liberal arts education and expands the program with fundamental knowledge, skills, and understanding of applied organizational psychology. 

Students will learn the interactions and interrelated issues of management, employee recruitment, training and development, employee selection and promotion and organizational effectiveness. Organizational psychologists are problem-solvers brought in to identify the inefficiencies of human behavior in a business and find a way to alter the behavior as well as develop strategies for conflict management, communication and leadership.
