Florida Institute of Technology's Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management centers on an interdisciplinary approach to managing the most important asset of an organization: the human resource. In this program, students will explore the psychology, leadership and business tools critical to effective HR management.
The program covers business fundamentals, including accounting, finance, marketing and economics, as well as specialized management courses. Training and development, compensation and benefits, and selection and placement are a few of the human resources topics students will study.
- Official transcripts of high school graduation or GED equivalent (if fewer than 24 semester credit hours at an accredited institution)
- Official transcripts of all regionally accredited higher education institutions attended
- Official records for any advancement exams, including CLEP, GED college-level examinations, and /or DANTES, USAFI examinations
