Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Management/Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University is designed for students interested in leadership or management positions within business.  The curriculum consists of courses in business, management, and leadership.  Students will learn to assess leadership skills, develop leadership plans, examine the environmental impact of business decisions, and use critical thinking skills.  In the Management/Leadership concentration courses, students study organizational development and change, human resource management, and global organizational issues.  Students will graduate with a global and ethical awareness.

Students and teachers work together to identify expectations and outcomes, align curricula with expectations, and use assessment to guide continuous improvement.
