Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University is designed for students interested in positions in payroll management, HR management, or as EEOC officers or affirmative action officers.  Courses prepare students to be ethical decision makers.  They are also socially responsible, sensitive to cultural diversity, and aware of broadening world markets.  Students gain the knowledge and skills needed to become leaders in business and administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, with official transcripts

  • Students with undergraduate GPAs of less than 2.8 may also be considered for admission based on their professional work experience and a letter of recommendation
