Fisher College offers an online psychology degree, the Associate in Arts in Psychology, for students interested in gaining a solid background in the field as they work toward earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology. The curriculum is comprised of core psychology courses, psychology electives, and statistics and research, all of which prepare students to enter upper-level baccalaureate courses. You will learn about the development of children, adolescents, and adults over the course of a lifespan, including their cognitive, emotional, psychological, social, and physical development within a socio-cultural context. In addition, coursework covers psychological theory and research that can be used throughout your psychological studies. Graduates will have a solid foundation that can be used to enter the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology program at Fisher College or as a base to enter other majors, especially those in the social sciences.
