Program Details

The online Undergraduate Certificate in Facility Management program is designed for students currenting working within the facility management profession and who want to broaden their understanding of facility management.  The curriculum teaches concepts and procedures of facility planning, programming, budgeting, project management, office productivity measurements, and operations management.  Other topics covered include operating systems within facilities and the methodologies used to keep those systems operational, concepts such as life cycle costs, value engineering, and building diagnostics.
