Ferris State University offers an online Professional Modularized Teacher Education degree, designed especially for working professionals that need convenience in their education. The program combines project based learning with online learning to give students a well-rounded format for their curriculum. Students will also enroll in a teaching field experience to help further enhance their skills.
- Requires a two-week summer intensive that begins the program and a second one-week intensive the following summer.
- This is a bachelor's completion requires 121 total credits for completion, including transfer credits.
- Minimum application requires an associate's degree with a minimum of 40 semester hours in an occupational major with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or demonstrated competence as documented by the MOCAC or professional certification or licensure OR an associate's degree or 56 transferrable credits including intermediate algebra and two semesters of English composition.
