Program Details

The online Organizational Leadership Certificate equips students with the know-how to identify and address issues with an organization in order to find effective solutions. You will have the opportunity to increase your skills in leadership, targeting areas of group behavior and teamwork, in small and large settings. 

Courses include, but are not limited to:

• Business ethics
• Problem solving
• Diversity in management

This certificate program is two semesters in length. Credits earned can be applied towards an online business administration degree should you choose to pursue an associate degree.
