Program Details

The online Certificate in Special Education program provides background information in developmentally appropriate practices for children ages birth through 21 years with special needs.  The curriculum emphasizes age and appropriate program planning to meet the needs of students with special needs.  Courses focus on positive behavior techniques, lesson modification, and the specific disabilities of students.
