Program Details

Fayetteville State University offers an online Master of Business Administration degree.  The MBA program is comprised of advanced business courses in accounting, finance, marketing, human resources and operations management. Fayetteville State also offers MBA programs in areas of concentration such as Entrepreneurship, Finance, Healthcare Management, International Business, Management, Marketing and Project Management. Students can choose to excel in an area of focus related to personal and career aspirations, or earn the general MBA to advance in current career positions.
Graduate students will use the advanced education of the Master’s degree to obtain higher positions in leadership and management career opportunities as well as being eligible for jobs that need the advanced education, knowledge and understanding of core business concepts. Students of the MBA program will use the acquired theories and applications of business and management principles when competing for promotions or completing critical tasks in the business environment.

The courses are designed to build on the graduate student’s already learned foundations in business and introduce developmental coursework in key aspects of business. Core courses include accounting, economics, operations research, organizational behavior, statistics, finance, management, human resource management, marketing management, operations management, and more.

Where a student earns their MBA is almost as valuable as earning the degree itself. Students of the Fayetteville Master of Business Administration degree will be enrolled in the internationally accredited AACSB program. The intense standards of educational consistency exist to ensure a quality program of study as well as the proper resources needed when seeking careers in the professional environment. 


A baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or college. A minimum 400 GMAT score and derived from either of the following formula is required for degree admission: (200 x Upper Division GPA) + (GMAT Score) = 1050 or (200 x Overall GPA) + (GMAT Score) = 950. Two recommendations.
