Fairleigh Dickinson University offers an online Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Administration to the nontraditional student.  This program is designed for students currently working in and moving ahead in the HR field.  Studies for the online human resources certificate program may cover topics including but not limited to:

• Employment law
• Conflict resolution

Students will expand upon interpersonal and communicative skills, technical knowledge, team building and productivity practices, and more.  Coursework may involve real-world case studies, lending to more practical application of theory to practice in professional settings.  Credits earned through this online HR certificate may be applied to the FDU master of administrative science degree program.
