- Requires one in-person clinical experience
- Must hold a practical/vocational nurse or paramadic license or specific equivalent military occupation
- Must be employed in direct patient care with more than 200 hours of employment in the previous year and submit a Verification of Health Care Experience Form signed by a clinical supervisor.
- Must pass a Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS)
