Program Details

The online AS in Liberal Arts & Science / General Studies degree program from Erie Community College serves a dual purpose.  This program provides a foundation of courses students need to transfer to a four-year college or university and provides a chance for students to explore various academic programs through open electives.  Students earn the general education credits required by most baccalaureate programs while also gaining insight into various academic options that are available in higher education.  This liberal arts degree is a flexible, exploratory program of study with a self-structured curriculum.
