Program Details

The online MBA from Endicott College offers a concentration in General Management for those interested in careers in this field or to further the careers of those already in the profession.  You will gain a solid foundation in finance, accounting, management and leadership, research, writing, and presentation skills.  In addition, students in this concentration will take courses in: 

• Leadership Principles
• Business Ethics
• Creativity and Innovation
• Managing Innovation and Organizational Change

Students also have the option of completing a second concentration as long as different courses are used to meet each concentration’s requirements.  You will learn from faculty with real-world experience and use the same curriculum as those completing the program on-campus.
