Master of Education in Organizational Management

Program Details

The online Master of Education in Organizational Management program allows students to pursue social service, healthcare, higher education, nonprofits, and more industries, creating leaders that will guide reform and be successful in uncertain and changing environments.  The curriculum emphasizes individual and team-based learning and methods of institutionalizing, sharing, and maximizing effective instruction and learning along with the use of technology and innovation.  Graduates have critical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills necessary to guide organizations and enhance their performances as they address interpersonal issues such as negotiation and conflict, ethics, staffing and talent development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Official transcripts of all post-secondary academic work
  • Essay of 250-500 words on career goals and motivation for graduate study
  • Interview with the program director and/or vice president and dean of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies
