The online Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) program teaches the skills needed to teach in public or private schools in the area of English linguistics. Some of the courses offered are TESOL Methodology, Language Assessment and Evaluation, Sociolinguistics, Second Language Acquisition, Cross-cultural Communication, TESOL Research Methods, Computer-Assisted Language Learning in TESOL, Individual Differences in Second Language Learning, Composition Theory and Rhetoric, and Literacy/Reading Theory and Practice.
