Emporia State University offers an online Graduate Certificate in Archives Studies.  Students in this program will prepare for careers dealing with special collections and archives.  They will learn how to preserve these materials and how to manage and organize them.  You will learn to provide access to these materials while preserving them as enduring cultural memories of societies.  The curriculum teaches students about the uniqueness of archives materials and library special collections and the diversity of the formats in which information is organized and delivered, as well as the complexity of information organization, storage, maintenance, and preservation.
