The online Master of Science in Aviation & Aerospace Sustainability program examines the aviation and aerospace industries as business entities that need to remain viable and as value-added partners in the pursuit of sustainable solutions for conservation or renewability of the world’s resources, preparing students to integrate sustainability into their business models. The curriculum teaches the skills and methods necessary to implement sustainable practices in the aviation and aerospace industries and beyond while courses cover unique sustainability perspectives that help students identify and create innovative solutions to real-world problems. Students can specialize in Sustainable Systems which are geared toward engineering and technical development of new or existing aviation or aerospace systems, or in Sustainable Management which looks at workforce, administrative, and financial strategies that are critical to the success of any company’s sustainability efforts.
