The online Bachelor of Science in Engineering program helps students bridge the gap across disciplines to find innovative solutions to many tasks by exploring subject matter from mechanical, electrical, aeronautical, and systems engineering. The curriculum helps students identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics. Students learn to apply engineering design to produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration of public health, safety, and welfare, along with global, cultural, social, environmental, and economic factors. Graduates are able to make informed, ethical decisions as they enter research, development, and design positions; function effectively on multidisciplinary teams; and contribute to the advancement of engineering-related projects.
