Elizabethtown College offers an online master's in organizational leadership, the Master of Science in Strategic Leadership.  This program focuses on the “people-side” of an organization, enhancing your ability to effectively generate and implement big picture strategies in meaningful ways.  Learn to provide strategic direction and to make ethical decisions, inspiring and implementing meaningful change.  

This flexible program allows students to earn their degree on their own timeline.  There are two tracks available, a full-time, one year track or a part-time, two year track that allows you to step in and out of the program.  Regardless of the track you choose, you will be able to customize your program to meet your needs.
