Program Overview

The online BS in Human Services / Behavioral & Addictions Counseling degree program is designed to give students the same solid foundation that Elizabethtown College’s Human Services degree provides, but it also features classes covering topics such as group counseling, pharmacology and addictions, and addictive disorders. This specialized curriculum allows students to sit for certification as Certified Drug and Alcohol Addiction Counselors and prepares them for positions that entail working with groups or individuals who desire to overcome substance abuse or to work with those who have a behavior disorder.
