The online Master of Education in Educational Leadership program develops skills to become effective school leaders, including the knowledge and understanding of the expectations and responsiveness necessary to become school leaders. The curriculum is grounded in the principles of best practices in educational leadership, management, and administration, preparing students with the practices most likely to improve instruction in elementary or secondary schools. Students learn the laws related to the duties and powers of school employees and students and the skills for strategically leading the planning, decision-making, communication, management, and change processes needed in contemporary schools and communities.
