The pision of Physical Activity and Health at Eastern Oregon University (EOU) offers a completely online degree program that produces graduates who promote health and physical fitness in the public sphere. The pision commits to preparing graduates who promote wellness, sport, and physical activity in schools, communities, and a rage of other social settings, including the Internet. The department approaches education through the relationships of health, physical, and exercise sciences, enabling graduates to promote health in a variety of careers.
The pisions offers two completely online Bachelor degree programs: BS/BA in Physical Activity and Health with three concentration options; and a Liberal Studies BA/BS in Business and Health Promotion. There are also three minors available that require 30 credits: Physical Education, Health Studies, and Gerontology.

The online program is intended for students interested in higher education but are unable or unwilling to meet the rigors of a traditional class schedule. Online classrooms and curriculum have the advantage of allowing students to take classes from home, at any time, allowing students to complete their education without sacrificing their work schedule or personal life in order to do so.
