Program Details

The Master of Science in Psychology is an online psychology degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.  This special education degree program prepares students to make impacts in their communities by helping those with behavioral disorders, substance abuse issues, and mental health disorders.  The comprehensive program offers the critical skills needed to meet these goals through established, evidence-based practices and principles.  Blending academic and professional preparation, the curriculum meets the educational requirements for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  You will study topics that include:

  • Addressing problem behaviors
  • Behavioral research and measurement
  • Building new behaviors
  • Foundations, concepts, and principles in applied behavior analysis

Graduates are prepared to work in school, residential, or community-based settings with children, adults, and seniors as behavior analysts, therapists, parent educators, behavior consultants, behavior coaches, and more.
