This program is designed for individuals who already hold a non-teaching bachelor’s degree and are interested in teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Learn to meet these students’ individual linguistic, educational, cognitive, and social needs in a variety of educational settings. Plus, those who have successfully completed the American Sign Language Proficiency Interview (ASLPI) test are eligible for the DHH with Sign Proficiency option, allowing them to teach ASL as a world language in schools.
