Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Instructional Leadership is designed for teachers who are looking to pursue a school principal degree or career.  The curriculum blends academic and professional preparation as students learn leadership skills that allow them to be effective agents of change and powerful leaders in an education environment.  Graduates will have the proficiency knowledge base needed to later pursue a school principal master’s degree while allowing them to strengthen current certification areas or add endorsements in other areas.
