Program Details

The Master of Science in Human Services is an online human services degree from East Tennessee State University.  This is an interdisciplinary field with a focus on prevention and remediation to promote the various ways to meet human needs.  You can use this degree to serve areas including mental and behavioral health, wellness, eldercare, childcare, substance abuse counseling, homelessness, poverty, domestic violence, diversity training, and much more.  This diverse field prepares students to work with foundations and for-profit purposes in any area that also works for the public.  In preparation for careers in human services, the curriculum covers a wide variety of topics to help students further their careers in leadership of human service programs.
