The online Graduate Certificate in Deaf-Blindness program prepares educators, family members, and other professionals with undergraduate degrees who work with students who have deaf blindness to understand the unique impact of deaf-blindness on development and learning. The curriculum teaches students to assess the strengths and needs of those with deaf blindness; design and implement empirically valid, effective educational programs and services; and train and utilize deafblind interveners and other paraprofessionals.
