Program Details
The Post-Master’s Certificate in Emergency Nurse Practitioner gives FNPs additional expertise in order to work in emergency care settings. Graduates are eligible for board certification as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner.
Coursework focuses on strengthening skills in performing necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Students learn how to evaluate and modify the effectiveness of clinical practice based on research findings, standards of care, and patient outcomes. Online NP programs at Drexel University allow students to find clinical sites and preceptors in their own local area.
