Program Details

The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology is an online psychology degree program from Dominican College.  This program is designed to provide broad experiential learning, preparing students for a wide range of employment opportunities in the caring, social, and mental health fields.  Courses emphasize the social and psychological underpinnings of societal issues and guide students’ understanding of the complex inter-relationships that result from individuals interacting with their environment in contemporary society.  Students will gain a solid foundation in general psychology, theory, research, and application.  Upon completion, you will be prepared to pursue a higher degree in the fields of psychology, social work, education, guidance, and counseling.  Graduates are also able to begin careers in any of the various human services and human relations fields, such as mental health, education, or human resources.
