Program Details

The Bachelor of Science in Education program offers two pathway options for students – Elementary Education and English Education. Within the Elementary Education pathway, students will be prepared to serve as a teacher for grades 1-8, with additional endorsements available in early childhood, reading, and middle school. The English Education pathway focuses on writing styles, literature, and curriculum development for middle and high school students.

All participants in this bachelor’s in teaching online will complete student teaching experiences in a K-12 school setting. Graduates of this program can pursue positions such as English teacher, elementary education teacher, Title I reading teacher, reading specialist, or instructional coach.
