Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Human Resource (HR) Management from Delta State University prepares professionals for advanced careers in business.  With this program, students will expand their interpersonal, managerial, and leadership skills, preparing for mobility, advancement, and promotional opportunities.  The curriculum consists of three modules, Financial Strategy, Operational Strategy, and Strategic Planning, which work together to lead to an MBA degree.  Courses in business administration offer a broad understanding of business fundamentals and a foundation of business concepts that students can build upon.  

The HR Management concentration focuses on preparing students to lead the HR departments of organizations, working with employees through the hiring, retention, training, compensation, and other phases of employment.  HR Management courses may include:
