If your goal is to work in an office environment, the Technical Certificate in Office Support can give you the skills you need for entry-level positions in less time than a traditional degree. This 12-credit hour program prepares you for jobs including general office clerk, office assistant, receptionist, office and administrative support worker, and information clerk.

Courses provide skills in keyboarding and document processing. Students also gain knowledge of human resources and business software. Graduates will have effective communication, decision-making, and employability skills. Interested students can also apply credits earned from this program toward an associate degree in Office Administration.
