Program Details

The online MBA concentration in Human Resource Management is designed for those currently employed in human resources or who are considering careers in this area.  The program exposes students to a variety of topics that modern businesses face.  Emphasis is placed on systemic and strategic problem-solving skills which are essential for human resources professionals.  Students will also study demographic changes in the labor force, increased global competition, changes in laws and public policy, and new theories of organizational behavior.  

The curriculum is aligned with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) educational standards for human resources professionals.  Those eligible can prepare for and take the SHRM Certified Professional exam at the end of their program.
