Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Management focuses on educating individuals about the human element of business, which is vital for any organization to be effective and efficient.  The curriculum covers concepts and theories for understanding and resolving human problems in organizational settings, covering a wide range of business topics. 

Students will look at such areas as:

  • Interpersonal group behavior
  • Leadership styles
  • Employee motivation
  • Affirmative action
  • Employee recruitment, evaluation, training, and compensation

The program features a practical, hands-on approach to learning with a Christian worldview as students become values-driven decision-makers who are leaders in the field.  Graduates are prepared to act as problem solvers who are able to make a difference and have an impact locally and globally.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Evidence of sound moral character and compatibility with DBU’s mission
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • One of the following:
    • Minimum Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score of 425
    • Five or more years of significant, substantive managerial/leadership experience that may be evidenced through resumé review, applicant interview, or employer recommendations
    • 12 hours of graduate work from an accredited institution with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
