The MSN specialty in Nurse Executive Leadership and Administration focuses on the skills needed to manage healthcare quality and safety. Students learn the theories, research, and evidence-based practices of leadership in the nursing field.

Nurses learn how to manage finances and operations, lead innovations, and develop strategies to respond to challenges and trends in healthcare. Courses explore the role of legal, ethical, and moral standards in healthcare decision making. A capstone portfolio and practicum experiences allow the student to demonstrate what they have learned throughout the program.
