The online Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership program is an alternative to the seminary experience, preparing students for leadership positions in churches, missions, and other faith-based organizations. Emphasizing practical leadership, the curriculum promotes active studying and engaging in a changing culture from a Christian perspective. The program empowers leaders with skills in researching ministry context so effective strategies can be developed and implemented; students are encouraged to pursue the Master of Divinity degree, especially with the Christian Studies emphasis. Courses cover the areas of spiritual formation, social and cultural analysis, theories of leadership, and the theology of work and leadership.
