Program Details
This online health and wellness degree develops professional coaching and leadership skills but in a way that prioritizes well-being. With this unique, one-year program, students learn to optimize their own well-being and that of others by prioritizing quality of life. This program takes a whole-person approach, recognizing that well-being involves more than health and fitness. Gain an extensive knowledge of well-being principles and practices while learning how to apply them as a leader in your workplace. In addition, you will learn to build resilience and ensure that you practice well-being techniques in your life.

If you decide to further your education, these credits can be applied toward a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership or a Master of Science in Integrative Health and Wellness.
