Master of Science in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education

Program Details

The online Master of Science in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education program provides a strong understanding of how to be the kind of servant-leader every student needs through courses grounded in student affairs that prepare individuals in mind, body, and spirit.  The curriculum covers the basics of student affairs administration and how generational, social, racial, ethnic, and religious diversity impacts the campus environment, as well as providing an understanding of the legal issues that may appear.  Students explore higher education law, the role of law on campus, and the relationship between the law and the work in student affairs and athletics, preparing them for positions including associate dean, director in admission, or leader in resident life.
