Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Administration prepares students to be effective independent thinkers who are able to adapt to the constant changes in health-care laws, regulations, and technology.  The curriculum teaches the skills needed to manage the finances of healthcare facilities, keep and organize records of the facility’s services, and provide economic analysis of current health-care issues that lead to policy formation.  In addition, students understand the principles of risk management and insurance and can confidently represent their organizations at meetings or on governing boards.
