Program Details

The online Certificate in Director of Church Ministries degree program allows students to pursue collegiate-level instruction in theology in a non-traditional path. As long as you have a bachelor’s degree, you are eligible for certification. Otherwise, students can complete the courses but will not receive certification unless they earn their bachelor’s degree through the online theological studies major concurrently.  

With this certification, you will receive the basic theological training that fits your individual interests and needs. This is especially useful for those already working in a congregation but need credentials in the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
