Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Adult and Community Education prepares students to teach adults and help them thrive as they work to continue their educations.  The curriculum teaches strategies that are geared toward making students strong educators focused on helping adults achieve their unique goals by familiarizing students with the breadth of learning in adulthood and provides an overview of leadership and administration of adult and community education from a servant leadership perspective.  Courses include The Adult Learner, Program Planning, and Strategies for Teaching and Learning.
