Program Details
Online coursework is combined with real-world internship experience with the Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership degree program. This degree leads to administrative roles in early childhood through high school settings and can qualify students for K-12 principal or superintendent licensure in the state of Minnesota.
Students proceed through the program in a cohort format, with classes conducted through an online system and weekly video conferencing with teachers and fellow students. Designed for working professionals, this program has students focus on one eight-week course at a time. Classes explore topics related to strategic advancement, organizational leadership, ethical and legal leadership in school settings, and more.
