Organizational leadership and business management credentials offer professionals a wide range of career opportunities, and IGU hosts an MBA in Leadership and Management online that gives you a flexible option for completing a master’s degree. This program is intended to prepare students for small to mid-level corporate careers. Coursework incorporates technical and analytical skills with decision-making strategies and effective communications. The Leadership and Management concentration offers elective studies in entrepreneurship and international business topics. 

This program is designed to be completed in one to three years. Take all of your classes online, attend on campus classes or choose a blended learning format. Online courses are offered in asynchronous formats to maximize learning flexibility.
