The completely online, one-year MEd degree program in Curriculum & Instruction: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) from Concordia University–Portland is designed for PreK-12 teachers looking to connect education practices with scientific and mathematical principles of critical thinking, problem solving, and inquiry. In this program, you'll examine best practices for integrating STEAM in your classroom, from your curriculum and Common Core State Standards in math and language arts to Next Generation Science Standards. With these skills, you can introduce or enhance STEAM lessons and help your students meet the needs of 21st-century employers.
