Program Details

This fully online Doctorate of Education program from Concordia University–Portland develops transformational leaders inside and outside the education sector. The Professional Leadership, Inquiry, and Transformation EdD concentration is ideal for candidates from academic, governmental, community, nonprofit, religious, and other fields who want to further enhance their organizational management skills through high-level problem solving, decision-making, and collaborative skills. You will be able to select from a wide array of relevant, leadership-focused concentration courses—and earn your doctorate in 3 years. Classes are 8 weeks in length, and the program includes a virtual residency, which is aimed at the practitioner-scholar who already balances a career, family, and other obligations.
