Program Details

The M.Ed. in Early Childhood Special Education focuses on working with children with disabilities from birth through kindergarten. Graduates will be able to work closely with students to help them establish a firm educational foundation, enabling them to reach their full potential.

This master’s in Special Education online includes eligibility for a Nebraska early childhood special education teaching certification for candidates who hold a valid Nebraska teaching certificate. In addition to online coursework, students participate in experience-based learning in their local community.
