Learn the key skills necessary to lead educational programs with a Master of Arts in Educational Administration. This online degree program does not lead to state licensure, but is designed to prepare students for supervisory and leadership roles in a variety of educational settings.
Courses focus on program development, managerial skills, and ethical decision-making. Program participants will learn methods to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, students, families, board members, and community members. In addition to day-to-day skills, classes provide an understanding of the larger social, cultural, political, and legal considerations in education.
