Teaching adults takes a different approach and skillset than traditional K-12 education. The Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership prepares you to educate adult students in a variety of settings, such as colleges, businesses, nonprofits, healthcare, and community organizations.

Courses focus on both the technical and soft skills required for leadership positions in adult education. Students will learn how to design, deliver, and assess curricula, as well as take into consideration community and cultural factors that affect learning.
